In Novosibirsk, the 12th International Christmas Arts Festival has opened – the largest cultural forum beyond the Urals. For the first time in 1995 Novosibirsk, the recognized center of Siberia and geographically and the center of the country, hosted the festival, the main idea of which is to give people a place to meet the authentic examples of modern Russian and foreign art linked to the best Christmas traditions. Over the years of its existence, the Christmas Forum has strengthened its international status and gained permanent members and admirers in various countries.
