On March, 9th on the square near the State Concert Hall lovers of needlework and everyone else can visit this unusual event. Knitted graffiti, or as it is also called, “street knitting” is a fairly young art form, which is very popular in Europe and the USA. Activists of this movement ‘dress up’ a variety of street objects: trees, benches, pillars of fences and even sculptures. The idea of the project “Everything is connected” is that the handicraftsmen of Novosibirsk decorate the street area with knitted items. Anyone can take part in the festival. The program will consist of a music, a tea with pancakes and honey, a contest for the best art object, as well as gifts for the winners of competitions! The start is at 11-00 АМ.
