NGS published great list of different events to be held during NY holidays in Nsk. Here is some portion of it in English.
Ice Town on the Mikhailovskaya Naberezhnaya (riverbank) will be open from 11 to 22 o’clock everyday, and till 04 o’clock in the morning in the NY night.
New bar called Nebar will be opened at Yandrintsevskaya, 14.
The New Year celebration will start at 23 o’clock on 31st of December on Lenina Square.
The festival of snow and ice sculptures will be help in Pervomaysky Square on 4th of January.
Snegurad festival of food and glintwein will start on 4th of January in front of Pobeda cinema.
