At the courses anyone can learn how to communicate with deaf and deaf-mute people. According to the participants in the training, sign language is a universal language, which – along with English and German – helps to avoid barriers to communication with people. The study program will take about three months, the group is intended for 20 people. You can acquire mastery of sign language absolutely free of charge; the organizer of the courses is the Novosibirsk Department of Social Policy
