In Novosibirsk on January 10 the Dog Cafe opened, claiming being the first in Russia of such concept – its visitors may not just drink tea, but also “unlimitedly” pat dogs which are just live in the cafe, reports www.newsru.com. The institution operates in the anti-cafe format: a visit costs 200 rubles for the first hour, then two rubles per minute. Visitors can drink tea and have a bite of biscuits for this money, as well as play board games and read books.
